Just a small concern only needed minor calking along some flashings. Connor arrived one day after my online request and was thorough, informative, friendly and efficient. Totally recommend!
Thanks and shout out to Paul Davis and the crew at AKC pros, they did a great job replacing my roof! They did an amazing job from start to finish, cleaned up all the tear off and roof debris, start to finish am happy with how nice it turned out.
Update: After leaving this review, both my wife and I were blocked by the company on Facebook. This further reinforces our concerns about their unwillingness to be held accountable or engage with feedback professionally. Highly recommend!! Drace came very quickly. He was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Just the person you want when your roof needs some help.
We had a leaking roof, my mom recommended to have Drace swing by and look at the house. Drace came over while it was raining, seen the leaks and found the damage on the roof in the rain!!! He made the process very easy for us, including dealing with the insurance company. I know dealing with the insurance company isn't something anyone wants to deal with but Drace was in our corner and it a painless process. I couldn't recommended this company enough and when you call ask for Drace.
