Not the caring professional she used to be. My family and I have been under Nancy's care for over a decade. Until recently, we considered her to be the best PCP. Nancy's patient care is now focused on meeting managerial targets related to financial efficiencies. Her bedside manners are atrocious; she is dismissive and rushes appointments. There are no real dialogues related to issues; they are dismissed and referred to specialists. Requested blood tests are not given with the reasoning they are "too expensive".
