I contacted AKB wood working for something very minor compared to what they normally do I’m sure. Regardless he was more than happy to help me with the problem I had. My electric reclining sectional had one of the side supports break. I got it ripped out and asked if he could replicate it. Although the piece I gave him was broken and not complete, he was very thorough with getting as much detail about the original piece as possible. Replicated it perfectly.
