AKAZA and team did an amazing job. They built an entire new wing to our house complete with first floor master bedroom, bathroom, closets, office, and deck. The quality and communication were superb. And furthermore, AKAZA stayed perfectly on budget. I feel this is rare these days. I have already highly recommended AKAZA to my old neighbor looking for a similar addition from a local small town company. 5 stars
Akaza was great to work with for finishing our basement. Start to finish, each part of the project planned, well thought out and organized. You could tell each person who came to perform the work took pride in what they did. We will definitely be recommending them to others.
Over all we had a great experience with Octopus Home Solutions and are very happy with the outcome of the second phase of our attic renovation. We hired Octopus to install a dormered bathroom in our attic with a stand up shower. Although the project took a little longer than we initially expected and there were some things that needed to be redone, we kind of expected to hit some road blocks since this wasn’t our first renovation. We used Akaza Builders for a full office remodel and could not recommend them more. Quality work on time and on budget. Will use them again.
Andre and his crew from Octopus House Solutions were great to work with. We hired them to install a dual sided pocket door and a swinging door for my office/guest room. He provided very good communication and the final product came out great. I already have them providing another quote for another job I am considering. Highly recommended!
