I love the doctors at this clinic, but to be honest my experience has not been the best with their administration. The COVAX situation during COVID was one thing. But when I tried to get a referral to CHEO and was apparently put on a waiting list for several months, following up periodically with seemingly no issues. I’ve been calling for an appointment for weeks and the Inuit workers are very bitchy, the nurses don’t know what they’re doing and overall everything from there isn’t good.
I was excited when I first saw an Inuit specific health service right here in Ottawa, however after seeing how they treated my mother, I will not be using this clinic, I would rather go and wait hours at the urgent care clinic or hospital
Don’t genuinely care about inuk health. Don’t know how to gave care very embarrassing and incompetent.
