Dr Akash is a great PCP. Actively listens, and I never feel rushed when I go but somehow I am able to get through all concerns and in and out within an appropriate amount of time. Dr Akash shows genuine interest and care in the well being of his patients. Highly recommended.
Dismissive Dr, rude staff, nurses didn't do things correctly or listen. Unhygienic processes experienced. The person who took blood, didnt acknowledge or speak to me until she finished setting up.
Dr. Ferdaus is simply amazing! He listens, is attentive, very informative, and ensures he understands and addresses the needs of all his patients. All appointments are handled with care and concern and he gives you his undivided attention. His warmth, patience and gentle approach is commendable and extremely valued. Furthermore his office staff is very helpful, accommodating and always pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.
