I am happy to provide insight into my meeting with Dr. Makkar and his staff. Due to conflicts in Dr. Makkar's schedule, he offered his patients a Saturday appointment. I was so pleased with this offer that I scheduled a time to see him on Saturday. Being a new patient, I didn't expect to be greeted as graciously by his staff as I was.
