I bought a house two years ago from Akash homes. they used cheap stuff for building, the quality is so bad , 4 doors are not opened and closed properly and some parts of the floor starts peeling in year and a half!! when I contacted the warranty the answer was , the warranty if only for 1 year and they sent me to the extend warranty who told me that the damages are not covered. in addition the the damages that were not fixed since the walk through! very bad quality and bad service.
