I am very happy that such an amazing workout studio has opened up in Thomaston. As a local resident, it is great to have Akasa near by. I really love their Spin classes. It is such a wonderful and welcoming environment, their classes are super affordable. I would love if they could offer one maybe two classes a week later at night around 8pm, but other than that I love it here and I am looking forward to continue to take classes.
All the instructors at Akasa are attentive and experienced. The small classes allow them to pay attention to each person and adjust your form as needed. I've been able to try several different classes with the flexible packages offered. This allowed me to find a good fit for me. The vibe is laid back and supportive.
