Paid full price for color but only get half done (the hidden part was not done). Also the hairdresser is very difficult to communicate. Would like to score it with zero star if possible.

I have been with the service for quite long time. Things have been changed since my first visit. The first hairdresser I met was Tomo and she was good. I was satisfied with my color and cut.Therefore I went there for my second visit to did my balayage and highlight. However, I was informed that Tomo has been promoted as a higher position and I have to pay for extra $100 to get her service. That is too much for me. Went for a haircut with my boyfriend. Aki was so lovely and attentive, paying close attention to details and asking about our preferences before starting. Before we went, we asked for details via Facebook Messenger and received thorough answers, which made it easy for us to decide to book. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and my boyfriend’s as well! The salon is clean, warm, and welcoming. Such a great experience — we’ll definitely be regular customers ‍♀️‍♂️

I visited this salon on 15/12/25 for a haircut. The cut itself was good, but I was charged $85 even though the website listed $70. When I asked, the hairdresser explained that prices had increased in December, yet the website still showed $70 at the time of my booking and payment. Even now, the website has not yet been updated to reflect the new pricing. The service quality was fine, but the lack of consistency between the posted price and the actual charge was disappointing.
