Spent over $40K on new construction plumbing. Had a gas leak from a Navian combi-boiler they installed after a few years. Called them for help, they made excuses of not doing service calls as plumbers. Gave me the run around about being short staffed and said won't be able to come at all, this week or the next, or even after and to find another plumber.
