Always have such a great experience here, Prabh is extremely kind, helpful and patient!
Had a really great experience at Akal Opticals (Van Kirk). The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took their time with me, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me choose the right option without making me feel rushed at all. I’ve visited other optical places before, but I can honestly say I’ve never received service like this. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to help rather than just make a sale. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and they made the... read more
I had a fantastic experience at Akal Optical. The owners, Harmeet and Prabhjot, run an incredibly professional, welcoming, and clean storefront. They really take the time to listen to your needs, assess your prescription accurately, and ensure you walk out with the perfect pair of glasses. Their selection of high-end designer frames and everyday eyewear is massive, and their pricing is highly competitive. From comprehensive eye exams to direct insurance billing, they make the entire process completely seamless. If you want t... read more
Such an amazing experience when purchasing sunglasses, contact lenses and prescription eyeware. Harmeet is such a patient individual who goes out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied with what you have chosen. She understood what glasses shape would compliment my facial structured and recommended the frames. I want to thank her for always going above and beyond my expectations.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with professionalism, patience, and genuine customer care. A special thanks to Mr. Prabh for his exceptional customer service, professional guidance, and genuine dedication to helping... read more
