Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in my sunglasses to have prescription lenses added, which the store initially agreed to and even processed through my insurance. Later, they declined the service and returned the glasses due to complications. Despite assurances that refunds take a maximum of two weeks, it has now been over a month and a half. Team is very friendly and the eye doctor associated to the store Dr. Mora hanna is a wonderful Dr, and one (if not) the best I had in my Healthcare experience in canada. I had a lasik surgery about a moth ago, and was extremely anxious about side effects and potential risks vrs outcome.
