Amazing customer service, and lovely experience!
Amazing experience at Akal Optical! The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and took the time to answer all my questions. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Not too impressed! After going to this location and trusting these people for several years, I found out the prescription for my contact lenses didn't match the one I got from my optometrist. When I legitimately asked for why, I've been explained the prescription had to be "adjusted" because I'm wearing contact lenses not typical framed glasses. Fine... Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in my sunglasses to have prescription lenses added, which the store initially agreed to and even processed through my insurance. Later, they declined the service and returned the glasses due to complications. Despite assurances that refunds take a maximum of two weeks, it has now been over a month and a half.
