Very professional since we met via my virtual consultation. I had my k-tips installed by her late June and I absolutely loved them. She provided a luxe experience, dedicating the appointment time and space for only me. She also provided lunch. It was a very relaxing experience overall. I did run into some issues with the install and when I went in for my monthly maintenance at the end of July (I highly recommend the maintenance btw :) she wasn't happy with it either.
