I have been storing antiques with this facility for over 6 years. The owners and managers are very friendly while trying to insure that I am happy with my experience. People who complain about moisture or mold are the ones who don't take the advice from the owner. This is a garage, like a basement, not a climate controlled storage unit so NEVER move wet items in nor move in when it is raining or snowing. Keeping it cool and dry inside takes no more effort than a bucket of Damp Rid every six months which will absorb any moist... read more
