I was a client for 2 years and often tolerated lateness and double booking out of understanding. I paid a $60 deposit for an appointment the stylist did not show up for. The service was not provided, and I am now being ignored instead of refunded.

She give me appointment and I was waiting at her door approx 1 hour or above she did not pick my call and no replying back

bailed last min so i didn't get anything out of driving 50 mins away... stated they would give me a refund & hasn't responded or keeped their word of this $41.40 deposit...
