Purchased cfmoto 800 nearly 4 months ago, on delivery i was told i forgot the spare key i will post it asap, still to date no key. constant phone calls to them and messages most by the way with no reply, in the end managed to get through and was told w hats the fuss about buy your own key. Great aftersales service, when buying from these two dont beleive a word they say if you have any problems your on your own AVOID. Just by the way website dissapeared so hopefully they cant fiddle anybody else.
Following My last (and negative) review of the business, Charles called me and promptly refunded my deposit. i attempted to delete the above mentioned review but seem unable to do so. I am now satisfied with the outcome. Regards Al.c
On 18 May 2024, I received a telephone call from AKA Automotive Ltd after sending them a message through AutoTrader. and scheduled a showroom visit for Saturday 25 May 2024. During this conversation, I was asked for a deposit to secure the bike, which I paid electronically. It was explicitly assured that if the motorcycle did not meet my satisfaction, the deposit would be fully refunded.
