I originally had a bad experience with a shower head and handle install from AK water group. I’m very glad I spoke to there manager Randy about my concerns. Randy and his son originally came out to the job to go over the mistakes made by there employee. Randy was very nice an polite. I've had a decent amount done on house I purchased, and Josh has been extremely helpful. I pretty much needed to have all of the pipes redone, add a water softener, and have leaks checked out. More will be needed in the future, and I'll be sure to schedule with AK Water Works again when it's needed.
Explained the problem well and gave us a fair price. today 10/6/25 they came and did the install of the pressure tank and switch. Nice group of people. They even let my dog watch.
