Called these guys on 6/2/26 around 7:30 am for a toilet leak. Was told by the office a technician would be out between 3pm and 5pm at 3:07 Larry pulled into the driveway and got straight to work. Within an hour he diagnosed the problem and had a repair made. He was professional and made sure to clean up the work he did. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. Larry is very meticulous and explains all that he has done. I recommend him and AK waterworks Highly. He installed a water softener and booster pump and did a very good job. Had a couple problems with the booster pump but has worked to get it fixed.

Highly recommend AK Water Works & HVAC Our septic line backed up into the basement, and they turned a stressful mess into a non-issue. I booked an appointment for two days out, but Larry (the on-call tech) called right away and showed up within 30 minutes. He fixed everything same-day and even stayed past midnight to track down a clean-out cap for us. Amazing dedication—we will absolutely be using them for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

Larry was here on time very professional very easy to deal with a pleasure to work with did everything. He said he was gonna do cleaned up. Everything is a class act all the way around great employee. I think you have there bye
