Absolutely the worst glass guy I’ve ever seen. He did more damage to the car than the total cost of replacement. Windshield was covered with adhesive backing plastic wrap used in the automotive industry. Roy removed the plastic and took paint off the hood. This is a BMW convertible that had original paint. If he had only carefully and slowly removed the plastic, he would not have destroyed my paint. See photos. After that, the aftermarket molding he used is bunching up and pulling away from the car.
