Predatory! I came up here and got used tires before and they would always replace the valve stem with it. The first time that I need a new valve stem they try to charge me $20 for something that’s already included. I needed to get my tire replaced so I went ahead and done it, but I will not spend another dollar here. Make sure you negotiate the price completely before you arrive and don’t tell them of any other difficulties because they will try to profit from it.
This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive been here. Top notch business. I pulled up...they asked what i needed, within 15-20 minutes i was gone. Job completed. The only thing different this time was that they didnt show me the tires they would be putting on...which is fine bcuz i went and looked at them anyway. I dont see how places like NTB, Mr.Tire and GoodYear stay in business. Two tires which are damn near brand new cost $100 each. I will always return here.
I went up there and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by anyone, once I finally spoke to someone they lied to me and tried to tell me my tire couldn’t been plugged, there was a crack and it would be $85 for a used tire! Preposterous! Luckily I was able to go to another tire shop on the same road and they were able to plug my tire
⭐ Do not buy tires here. On 6/22/2026 I paid $350 cash for 4 tires. The first set they brought out had a nail in one tire, which I caught during my own inspection and refused. They said no problem and brought a second set that looked clean, so I agreed. Within 2 days my low-tire-pressure light came on. I went back and the mechanic impatiently just pumped air in and waved me off. Two days later the light returned.
