I had a settlement with A&K settlements (Ables) on a property I was selling, and let me tell you—BEWARE. I questioned a ridiculous utility bill because the amount was outrageous. And guess what? That insane number was COMPLETELY JUST A ROUGH NUMBER. Just pulled out of thin air! Totally UNACCEPTABLE. I got charged $4,200 when the actual bill was only $350. Seriously? That’s not just a mistake—that’s shady. So take my advice: think twice before doing any business with A&K settlements (Ables).
