Originally, there was a misunderstanding regarding the service and charges. However, the owner personally reached out and handled the situation professionally. In the end, the truck was repaired and back on the road. Thank you for the effort to make things right and the professional follow-up.

I had a truck go down in Norwood, MO. Called A&K Service after I found their receipt from a previous repair. Great customer service. Service Tech got right over to my driver was very knowledgeable and had my driver up and going in a very reasonable amount of time. I have used many roadside repair companies over many years and these companies are hard to find nowadays. We run through this area daily and would use these guys again for sure. Thanks Mark
