Rude and arrogant. I would not recommend
Very disappointed in the aftercare from this business. Rang to get boiler serviced on 3 separate occasions. Twice they just didn’t bother to turn up and not a phone call to explain their absence. Telephone manner not very helpful either. It seems once the sale is made they are no longer interested.
Great service and a warm home!! Over the past few years our underfloor heating has been struggling and we had no luck finding anyone with the expertise to help. Alasdair quickly diagnosed the problems and rectified them. His knowledge and understanding of our aging heating system was impressive and we really appreciate all his efforts.
Great service! Got our boiler back up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and professional too.
