I had a broken Samsung TV. I called them to find out what it may cost to have it fixed. They informed me of an Capacitor settlement that Samsung was dealing with. I got the number and guess what, Samsung paid for the ENTIRE repair. I find this so warming because there is always a price difference when dealing with in warranty and out of warranty repairs. They have fixed my tv twice and has broken again, and every visit cost us over $300, not worth it. Highly recommend to find someone else. They will rip you off and fix tv temporarily so you have to go back and pay them money again.

do not use these people to fix your electronics, you will not get it fixed and you will have to go back over and over to get it fixed BAD BAD BAD company and save money look elsewhere for service

Last week Ak-Sar-Ben was out twice to repair my Samsung TV (under warranty) and replaced suspected parts both times but didn't fix the problem. I was told (7 days ago) that they would order additional parts to fix the TV --- I just called them and was told that they had been "so busy" that they hadn't ordered the parts yet! They promised to order the parts today...it appears if I hadn't called them to ask when I would hear from them....the parts would not have been ordered yet.
