I understand salon needs appointment but for walk ins you need to specify wait time. Made me wait for more than 1.5 hour and guy went for lunch break. This salon needs to communicate same with all the customers the same way. This is disrespectful to make me wait and not even give me explanation. You need to treat all customers equally. Better put a board that you serve only Punjabi.
