At this point, I'm pretty sure we've been scammed. Zenith Roofing in Owings Mills contacted us to replace our roof on Veterans Day in 2025. To work through our insurance They put us in contact with John Meredith And Taylor Horton. We've signed over $1800 toward the roof and have nothing to show for it. We're constantly playing phone tag. I'm not sure why there aren't More bad reviews.
John was amazing, he was very helpful and made sure the job was done correctly!
After recent hurricanes damaged my siding, I submitted an insurance claim, but my insurance refused an appraisal and said they would only cover part of the siding. That’s when AK Adjusters and John Meredith got involved, assuring me they would get my claim approved. I was skeptical at first, but I trusted John. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company . My experience with them was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I came into the situation with high hopes after being denied by my flood insurance. Firstly, throughout the entire process, Ian was unresponsive and difficult to reach.
