I recently dropped into this gym for a quick workout while I was in the area. What a fantastic facility. Amazing selection of world class machines and equipment. A very clean and professional gym. I would definitely be a member here if I lived nearby. Thank you Alex for letting me drop in and have a great training session. Having a cute dog around definitely was a huge bonus and made the atmosphere even better.
My son has been attending dryland training at AK Performance in Leduc, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. This is a gym worth supporting! Alex and Emily have been great to deal with, they love what they do and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you are sports oriented or in it for the fitness AK caters to a wide variety of people. As a personal trainer Emily is great at noticing little tweaks that make a big impact on targeting the right muscles for a specific exercise.
