I reached out to A&K as a shot in the dark after getting outrageous estimates for water damage involving my and my neighbor's bathrooms. Alex gave me 'fix it for cheap' and 'fix it forever ' options. I chose the latter. He did great work at a fair price and worked quickly. He was also transparent about labor and supply costs.
