I am posting here since I cannot post to the appliance store. To say I am disappointed is an understatement! I purchased several appliances from AK, and each time (Twice) I called for service I was told one of the repair techs was injured and it would be seven weeks before an AK repair appointment was available, and I should call the manufacturer. We've purchased a stove. Excellent product, exceptional service. We were so pleased we went back and purchased a washer and dryer. AK's employees go above and beyond! And they offer the best prices and service around.
