Went for oil change and filters....just found out on my next oil change he didn't change filter. Paid for filter and $$$ labor

FIRST TIME HAD MY CAR 90 DAYS GAVE IT BACK NOT FIXED WENT BACK SAME PROBLEM ANOTHER 35 DAYS GOT IT BACK NOT FIXED BUT WITH 10 NEW CODES TRIED TALKING TO HIM NO CALL OR TEXT BACK. PAID FOR ALL REPAIRS UPFRONT AND THIS IS THE QUALITY OF WORK YOU GET. WHAT A JOKE I WOULDN'T TAKE A BICYCLE BACK THERE.
Ashten is fast and reliable. He was very honest and good on prices. My BMW shake when I start it up and has a service light on. He had it fix on the same day. I will continue to come to him when I need work done on my car. I would recommend him to my friends and family and who ever else need there car fix.
Ashton is an amazing mechanic. He fixed up my BMW 335’s oil gasket leak with great pricing, workmanship, and care. He also repaired a leaking coolant reservoir that I didn’t notice. Will be going back to him for some tuning in the foreseeable future.
Customer beware.. don’t use this guy. Pay the extra money and go to the dealer. You’ll regret it if you don’t. Not professional. Very slow to reply to texts. Did not deliver on work he committed to do within timeframe he committed to have it done by. He took my money , did not provide parts he said he ordered, had my car for 3 weeks, no work was done. He was happy to take my money but no parts or labor provided. When I asked for refund three times, no reply was given by him, crickets. Run away, don’t walk.
