Misdiagnosed a fault, leading to a lot of wasted time and money. Refused to refund it despite not providing the service advertised claiming that providing a generic ODBC reader report was sufficient. The service advertised was to diagnose the specific fault and pin point exactly what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. I had to raise a dispute via the credit card company in the end.

Propably best car service I have received ever. I had a coolant leak which needed sorting ASAP. Rang few places and mechanic attended 20min after. Quickly identified where leak was coming from, ordered parts, took me to shops to get it - come back, fitted part that goes directly to engine and replaced coolant tank which had broken lead. Paid £120 for almost 3h of work plus parts in the shop. If I'd take car to garage - 300-400£ and waiting time approx 3-4 days.
