I’ve been with doctor Anna for over 22 years, she looked after me through 4 pregnancies, and every other health issue. She is our designated family doctor. She always has my best interest at heart, beside her genuine empathy and care, she is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provides the best medical care, and advice. A special mention to her receptionist who is very committed to provide the best service, she always receive us with kindness, professionalism and genuine care.
One star for Rude receptionist. The lady with glasses in late 50s stared at me upone arrival and did not respond to my greeting. She acted in a way that she does not want to interact with me and that I was annoying her, no smile no greeting response nothing!! I did not feel welcomed nor felt respected.
