AK HouseWorks remodeled my rental property from top to bottom. They repaired drywall, replaced doors throughout, completely remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms. I was able to rent my house out for 30% more than previous years. He is an honest and professional contractor that I would refer to friends and family.
We worked with John through numerous projects at our home and found him to be extremely competent, reasonable and reliable and able to get the job done right the first time. One of our projects was a complete kitchen remodel that proved to be challenging at times due to older construction. John was able to work through the problems and be flexible, all the while creating our vision. John is amazing!!! He’s helped with remodeling our entire downstairs. He has been able to do it all, with quality work. He’s honest, fair, and trustworthy. I can’t wait to work with him in our final phases of remodel. I highly recommended him.
