Called Joe at 8PM on a Thursday for a water heater install that got out of control fast. Joe answered, asked all the right questions and was here within an hour. He and his apprentice walked in with a smile (even though I interrupted his dinner) and we took a look at the mess I made. Joe didn't make me feel stupid, actually we laughed about the situation and how it even happens to him sometimes.
