Our sump pump stopped working and I called a couple places with no answer. Called A&K and they were able to come by the next morning to take a look. Booked an appointment for the following week (he had availability earlier I chose to wait). Price quoted was what I paid, Joe was on time and finished the job with no mess left behind! Would definitely call again.
Highly recommend! Extremely fair pricing and fantastic work. Very knowledgable about all things pertaining to their job & extremely respectful while in your home. A pleasure to do business with!
Joe was reasonably priced, thorough and down to earth. He turned an incredibly frustrating situation into a resolution and I am so very grateful for his prompt response. He even fixed an unrelated issue while he was there. Would definitely recommend A&K to anyone!
I called Joe due to my Sump Pump not working correctly. He was able to come within a few hours.. showed me where it was broken... replace it.. and now everything works correctly. Would Definitely recommend him. Very appreciative to have someone so down to earth.
