RecommendedBought an AL9000 Fuel Cell Breathalyzer six years ago and it has worked wonderfully. The only time it ever acted up was when batteries were low and a "Flow" error would appear onscreen and remind me to replace them. Recently the error continued after new batteries were installed. I emailed support, not expecting much. A rapid reply asked if I had been doing annual re-calibrations over the past 6 years, which of course I had not.
