I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from A&K QUALITY GATES ANDFENCING. While the initial installation of my gate was satisfactory, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been appalling. Despite multiple calls and messages over the past year requesting maintenance and necessary repairs, I have been consistently ignored. From the initial engagement to installation it was a pleasure to deal with Jake and his team! Good advice, professional, helpful, courteous and clean. We are incredibly happy with our new privacy screens and would definitely recommend A&K Quality Gates and Fencing.
