Bad workmanship and pour quality customer service
This is an overdue post. We hired A.K. in 2022, to replace our rotting, old, back deck that was filled with hella spiders, with this amazing & useful 24’x14’ outdoor space! After accepting their bid for the project, they communicated with us regularly via email until the start date. Then we dealt with the foreman until the end of the project.
