I am disappointed to say the least in the service provided by Ann. I organised for newborn photos to be taken on 14 April 2025. Photos were done in 45 min. I paid Ann $350 in cash and was told to expect the photos in a couple of days, select the photos I want and she will edit 5 photos within the month (being 14 May 2025). On 28 May 2025, I messaged Ann and was told thank you for waiting and that it would be done by end of the week. With no update, on 1 June I followed up again without any response.
