Nice and big company
From the initial conversation to the install and completion of the job, I can't say I've had a better customer service experience. We had a commercial roof top unit replaced and I had the pleasure of working with Dave Mekechuk. This gentlemen is so patient, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The price quoted also beat many competitors without any negotiations. There was absolutely no pressure from him to complete the purchase of the unit either. AK Brown has my recommendation for any Commercial RTU replacements.
Excellent staff and service
I called AK Brown after going through a different HVAC company that spent a lot of time trying to figure out our issue for my business. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fixed our problem on the first try. I dealt with Dave, Curtis, and Wyatt and they were all top notch. I wish I would have found these guys earlier, would have saved a lot of time and money. They'll be my first call going forward and I would recommend them to anyone.
