Took my Mini Cooper in to lubricate the door handle which got stuck, they charged me $300 and took out and put back the entire latch mechanism which he said will need replacing soon anyways. Gave me back my car full of greasy fingerprint stains, literal mud caked onto the dashboard, some small car parts (rubber covers) were removed in the process and just left on the seat, and he also forgot his tools in the car that I brought back into the shop. Thank you for temporarily fixing the door, but overall sloppy care.

Avoid this garage at all costs! I had a terrible experience at this garage, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. Day 1: The owner arrived 30 minutes late to the appointment we had scheduled. He didn’t greet us or communicate anything, just went straight into the garage.
