Tried to get an estimate for two heat pump installs. Being in Hampton made the process difficult as they would only accommodate times at the very end of the work day or very start to align when an employees drive to and from. I eventually got a day that worked and the estimator took all of the notes. After that visit I was ghosted and no never received an estimate. No phone calls or emails back. Went with another contractor that was more prompt in responses.
Prompt , professional and knowledgeable! Solved my heating issue super fast and explained everything!! Highly recommended
I have had alot of dealings with Ajw Mechanical over the years and have always been happy with their staff and service. It seems My stuff always breaks Friday at 5 or on a holiday and they always come to the rescue. Not sure why but this time my issues seemed to leave me more desperate than usual. The technician on call on the weekend was far away so he called my regular guy (jason bonnell) who dropped everything he was doing on a Sunday to come and see if he could do anything. They have installed Central heating in my house. Very happy with their work ethic very polite They did a very good job very happy with the install so neat and fixed up my old ductwork very happy customer and very highly recommend you guys great job guys. Thank you so much.
