Terrible communication and total unreliability. AJW Heating had installed the boiler in my flat before I moved in. This time last year and currently I have had a leak running down my flue and through my boiler. Multiple times I was told an engineer would be out and no-one came. Then when asked to update me and to please send someone out asap I have received zero replies or effort to let me know what is going on their end. Probably does good work, but I will never know as he didn't turn up for the appointment. I contacted them to find out where he was, to be told that he'd been called to an emergency, but was packing up and would be with us within the hour. He never arrived. My missus left him a voicemail - no reply, no apology - had the job done by another workman.
Second time we have used AJW, great service as usual. High standards from start to finish, kept a dirty job clean while completely refurbishing our kitchen. Recommended.
