We always use AJT for bounce house rentals for my kids’ birthday parties. Good quality product, timely and courteous delivery and pickup, and helpful customer service. They have a great variety of bounce houses- can always find one that matches the theme of the party. Highly recommend!
I had a cord of firewood delivered and was very disappointed in everything from the price, to scheduling the delivery, to the quality of the wood. The price was higher than most others. Scheduling the delivery was a giant pain of back and forth phone calls of changing days and times. Even the last call where Kaitlin said they were an hour away was not accurate, they did not show for another 3 hours. Very frustrating. We can’t thank AJT Supplies enough for coming through for us last minute! Their team went above and beyond to help us get the materials we needed our Grand Opening event. Thanks to them, our carnival-themed day was a huge success — everything looked amazing, and the quality of the supplies were top-notch. Their service was fast, reliable, and genuinely helpful. This past weekend we had a foam party for our sons birthday party. They had the best time! They played kid friendly music and pumped foam into the air while they all danced around. If you're looking for party supplies, they are a great choice, quick to respond, professional, and affordable.
TLDR: Be ready to be called at 6am or get your stuff dropped off at the wrong place. Would not recommend this place to home owners. Be aware, I have seen similar reviews from other people so this is not an isolated issue. Long story: I ordered compost + loam mix and told the office to call me before dropping anything. That day comes, the driver called me at 6:23AM and a few more times, while I was sleeping.
