TLDR: Be ready to be called at 6am or get your stuff dropped off at the wrong place. Would not recommend this place to home owners. Be aware, I have seen similar reviews from other people so this is not an isolated issue. Long story: I ordered compost + loam mix and told the office to call me before dropping anything. I ordered a claw machine through them. They called 48hrs ahead of our event saying the people who rented before us broke the machine. They were going to try to fix it, but would call within 24hrs with a backup plan if needed. Not only did we never hear from them, we got an email asking for a google review after our event, when they hadn't delivered anything. Great Value. Very clean, high quality inflatables. We rented a water slide combo and it was the hit of the party!
