Ajt was so easy to work with. Very communicative, professional, and even dropped the water slide off a day early no charge. The water slide arrived clean and the kids had so much fun.
Rented from this company for a 3rd grade party. They showed up 90 minutes late and took another hour to set up, cutting the celebration short for the students. Nobody called to say they would be late (I called multiple times for an updated eta) and nobody called after the fact to apologize or provide any kind of explanation. I sent an email expressing my frustration and gave them a chance to make the situation right and nobody has emailed me back or called.
