Nightmare of an experience with these folks. My company rented them snow removal machines. My once did they pay on time. On the last month I enforced the due date and Albert turned into a petulant daddy's boy. Yelled, harassed, and threatened lawsuits all because I didn't let him pay late for the third time. Then, when I demanded the machines back, they returned damaged, ran without oil, and filthy.
Had a pathetic experience with their service. Make sure you get everything in writing otherwise he will dominate you on the agreed commitments. Scheduling experience was extremely poor. Not able to keep up with their commitments
I had a horrible experience with this company. They were hired first to do our walkway which was done well. I then hired them to renovate my kitchen. After taking money they did not start the job and we waited a long time to get our money back. They kept saying they were coming. They were also supposed to sod our backyard which they never finished and I still do not have money returned. Topped my drive with beautiful chipped bluestone, renewed yard mulch and installed a new paver patio. Great work for a good price.
