This company sent my elderly mother who is on Medicaid with NO income a bill for a device she never authorized or used. Her portion of the bill is $138.20 for a BITH Neck Free Shoulder product they charged her insurance $1,032.68 for. I found the same product on eBay for $24.95 (see link below) The bill was sent 3 months later ensuring their 30 day refund policy was in place and she had no choice but to pay. I would like to commend the company. After months of working with my insurance company and two physicians I finally got qualified for my LiBre sensors. I was checking my blood six times day and this arm patch is WONDERFUL SUCH A GOD SEND
This company deserves Zero stars. They keep calling my medical office and sending faxes to my medical office for a patient that is not my patient. They have all the information on this patient - name, address, telephone number, social security number, insurance. They have everything except the right medical ofice. They continue to bother this office even though they have been told multiple times that this person is not a patient of this practice. Since our operation began in 2015, our records indicate that we have sent over 7000 faxed to numbers with your area code, but none have been sent to your office's number, (330) ********* Furthermore, we do not have any record of any of your physicians in our database.
They told me over the phone that they would send me diabetic supplies for FREE, then told me that since Medicare only pays for 80% l owed them $21. When l didn’t pay within like two weeks, they sent me a bill for $35. Then when l tried to go to their website to pay them, my web browser said it didn’t exist. Very sketchy.

After 11 phones to try to get my mom a c pap machine, I finally called and canceled the referral. My calls were never forwarded to the right department. Also after getting the referrals than more information was needed. All documentation needed should have been stated after hello. I called the Cleveland Clinic after I cancelled the referral and they delivered and set up the machine. I do not recommend this company.
