I would strongly encourage others to exercise caution when considering doing business with this company. We purchased a vehicle from them in October, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Based on feedback from multiple independent mechanics, it appears the shop was WELL aware of significant mechanical issues at the time of sale that were not disclosed to us. They will charge you an arm and a leg for labor. $(650) $125/hr they'll hold your car for 6 hours on 1 hour worth of work and then tell you to pay or they will hold the vehicle. Oh and the issue wasn't even fixed. Small shop BIG PROBLEMS! Stay away unless your super rich. Dont believe me? Go see for yourself
I want to say I’m so angry at this so call mechanic shop I went in there for an oil change came out of there with transmission issues and my transmission was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Now I going to take them to court and put them out of business. So please I advise don’t take your car to this low life mechanic shop. Let put a stand to this people should be getting ripped off from their hard earn working money.
Don’t go here to get the baid device or intoxlock installed! They messed around with my sensors and now my car has an issue picking up when I drive. The engine light came on as soon as they were done, which was never on. Then I continued to have problems with it. When I figured it was a sensor that was wrong with it, they want to tell me I need a new transmission! That’s ridiculous, they just want your money and cause more problems! Kept me updated through the whole process. Part came in and they had it done within a couple hours. Worked with my warranty company smoothly despite not having ever worked with them, and even applied to be in-network with them so that I don’t have to pay a deductible in the future.
