We took our car here for an oil change as our usual shop was booked full & knew we needed to get in somewhere (we drive an Equinox & those things GUZZLE oil!) On our way there, our service light kicked on & they asked if we wanted them to run the codes - yes, please! Okay, well… they gave us a whole laundry list of issues & gave us a quote of $1,600; $1,000 of that rate being labor alone. My F150 was misfiring, engine knocking, and wouldn’t maintain cruise control. I had them run diagnostics and everything was pointing to the timing chains. This estimate was around 5K due to the extensive labor involved. Before starting, Anthony looked deeper into the diagnostics and asked if he could try flushing all the fluids and replacing the battery. Turns out this resolved all of the issues and saved me well over 4K!! This shop is highly reliable and trustworthy. 5
