I had basically a new Ryobi Power Washer that was used twice. The warranty location was to AJ's Small Engine Repair. It sat there for 4 months with me calling every week for the last 1.5 months checking on repair. First they had me pay 48.00 and change for a diagnosis and said it would be given back if they verified warranty work. After 4 months they came back and said it would be $176.04 - they wanted to replace the carburator, spark plug, gaskets and other parts. THIS THING WAS BRAND NEW. Took a Toro Time Cutter mower in to get a drive belt replaced. Ended up telling me I need $1000 repairs on a mower that was running fine except for a drive belt. Biggest rip off I’ve ever experienced. Took seven weeks to repair and was lied to multiple times about parts availability. Wish I would have read reviews.
I stopped by A J's several days ago and spoke with Carl at the front desk. I asked him if they worked on ***** **** **** ******* He immediately told me they do and said to bring it in. 2 days after that, on 12/09/16 I show with my ****** Mower, 3 gas blowers and 1 Echo Hedge Trimmer.
