AJ is brilliant. I would highly recommend! helps release my shoulder and arm to play my sport- Polocrosse. She gets all the right spots. I feel amazing after every session with her.

AJs assessment, treatments and rehabilitative exercises were very professional and effective when she first treated my injury. Her communication skills are first class as she allowed me to understand the injury, why the injury was occurring and what exercises I need to perform to help fix the problem in the long term. I continue to have ongoing weekly treatments as maintenance along with the exercises prescribed by AJ. I highly recommend AJs Remedial to all.

AJ takes a holistic approach to treatment which I had not been able to find elsewhere before meeting her; from that relaxing massage to sports injury treatment, cupping, needling, ongoing tension release and whole body maintenance; AJ does it all and does it very well.
