Used these guys since Adam was borrowing his father's riding mower to mow my lawn. Signed up as usual for the 2024 season and never received service and never heard from them. Not necessarily surprising as Nate was often not service oriented. Blew it off for 2024. Tried again in 2025 calling the office number and leaving messages, emailing Nate. Emailing the website. We used to be very happy, loyal customers of AJ’s until his son Nate took over. It’s not a cheap service for our area, and unfortunately things are now sloppy, unprofessionally kept and Nate’s interpersonal skills leave something to be desired. We appreciate all the hard work over the 25+ years we used them until Nate took over, but now sadly we would not recommend this company.
