We used to be very happy, loyal customers of AJ’s until his son Nate took over. It’s not a cheap service for our area, and unfortunately things are now sloppy, unprofessionally kept and Nate’s interpersonal skills leave something to be desired. We appreciate all the hard work over the 25+ years we used them until Nate took over, but now sadly we would not recommend this company.
We hired this company for fall clean up. Big mistake, as his staff was not qualified to handle the project. The inexperience of Nate and his staff resulted in cutting away completely ALL of our pachysandra, which is not a plant to cut down. It’s care is equivalent to an evergreen and is all season. We were told by Nate that he would make it right and restore it to what it looked like before his staff foolishly cut it away.
